Flat Twist Out

Well I haven't posted in a while but I decided to post a pic of my Flat Twist Out. I did a complete set of flat twist on my hair which was a first for me. I am not sure if I like the style the I ended up with but I can't complain because I haven't had to do much to my hair.

Other than my conditioners everything else pretty much comes from my kitchen. This week was a kind of a rush job on my hair because I just wasn't in the mood to do anything with it. I did my pre-poo of Jamaican Black Castor Oil and Red Pimento(I have to look up the other ingredient and confirm it). My co-wash was done with Tresemme Naturals and to twist my hair I used my combination of JBCO and coconut oil with my Cantu Leave-In Conditioner for natural hair. This was a simple week for me.

Last week my deep conditioner had mayo and my Tresemme Naturals mixed together. I love how soft my hair felt. I have been asked for some of regimens but a few people. I am a bit shocked by the requests but I guess when people see you working hard to make things happen with your hair that want to try as well. 

I think that sharing my experience has made people rethink some of the things they do for their hair. I am no expert by any means but I want my hair to reflect the work and care I put in and I think others want the same.
